I placed an order but did not receive the confirmation email

Is click & collect possible in stores?
currently, it is not possible to deliver an order placed online in our shop.
However, don't hesitate to contact the shop on 01 53 09 82 71 or by e-mail at email@example.com to see if the product is still available.
I want to cancel my order. What do I do?
Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org customer service within one hour of placing your order. You must specify the name, order number and items purchased. Refunds may take up to 72 hours.
How long does delivery take?
Standard home delivery for mainland France (Colissimo): within 2 to 5 days.
Standard home delivery for overseas and international destinations (Colissimo): within 5 to 15 days.
How can I track my order?
Following your order, you have received an e-mail informing you of the shipment of your item and the tracking number of your package, as well as the link allowing you to follow it. This tracking number will enable you to follow the delivery of your order.

How do I return a product?

One or more items are missing from my order
For logistical reasons, your order can be shipped and delivered in several packages, and the rest of your order will reach you within 48 hours.
