I placed an order but did not receive the confirmation email

Is click & collect possible in stores?

currently, it is not possible to deliver an order placed online in our shop.

I want to cancel my order. What do I do?

Please contact customer service within one hour of placing your order. You must specify the name, order number and items purchased. Refunds may take up to 72 hours.


How long does delivery take?

Standard home delivery for mainland France (Colissimo): within 2 to 5 days.

Standard home delivery for overseas and international destinations (Colissimo): within 5 to 15 days.

How can I track my order?

How do I return a product?
