Rules of the Mother's Day Giveway 2026

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZING COMPANY

The company Bal du Moulin Rouge (hereafter referred to as “the Organizing Company”), a public company with a capital of 4,515,676 Euros, whose head office is located at 82, boulevard de Clichy 75018 Paris, France, registered at the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés of Paris under the business identification (SIRET) number 552 046 120, organizes from Friday May 29th 2026 at 10AM (French time) to Monday June 8th 2026 at 8PM (French time), a free random draws game contest “Mother’s Day Giveaway 2026” with no purchase necessary (hereinafter referred to as "the Game") via a dedicated form available on its website at the following link https://store.moulinrouge.fr/en/pages/jeu-concours-fete-des-meres-2026, whose rules are accessible at the following link:https://store.moulinrouge.fr/en/pages/reglement-jeu-concours-fetes-des-meres-2026
Any comment, question or complaint in relation with the Game should be addressed to the Organizing Company.

ARTICLE 2 – CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The Game is open - without geographical restriction - to any person over 18 years of age who has access to the Internet and a valid email address, with the exception of the staff of the Organizing Company and their families, as well as, anyone involved in the development of the Game. Any person who does not meet the conditions or refuses to justify that they are fulfilled will be excluded from the Game.
Only one entry per person is allowed. Under no circumstances may a participant enter more than once, whether using pseudonyms or on behalf of others. The Game is subject to the regulation of French law applicable to games and contests.
The mere fact of participating in this game implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these rules.
Non-compliance of the present rules leads to the automatic cancellation of the participation and of the possible allocation of a prize.

ARTICLE 3 – TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

The Game takes place exclusively via the website of Moulin Rouge by filling out the online form available at the following link https://store.moulinrouge.fr/en/pages/jeu-concours-fete-des-meres-2026 during the period indicated in article 1.
For an entry to be valid, the participant must fill in the following required fields: last name, first name, and email address, and check the box indicating acceptance of these rules.
Any entry that is incomplete or received outside the period specified in article 1 will not be considered.

ARTICLE 4 – IDENTIFICATION OF THE WINNER

The random draw will be held on Tuesday June 9th 2026 at 12PM (French time) via the Tirage-au-sort.net website. The draw will randomly select five (5) winners among all the participants who meet all the conditions set out in articles 2 and 3 of these rules.
The winners will be contacted within two (2) days after the draw. The winner will be contacted via the email address provided in the entry form to notify them of their prize, which they expressly agree to. The Organizing Company shall not be held liable for the sending of a message to an incorrect email address due to an error on the part of the participant.
The winners win one prize in the terms defined under article 5 of these rules.
If the winner does not respond within three (3) days of being notified via email, the Organizing Company reserves the right to re-award the prize by conducting a new random drawing.

ARTICLE 5 – PRIZE

The five winners selected at random will each win, for themselves and one (1) guest of their choice, a painting workshop and an afternoon tea crafted by the Moulin Rouge pastry team. This event will take place on Wednesday May 24th 2026 at 2 PM (French time, estimated time of the event: 3 hours) at the Moulin Rouge, located 82 boulevard de Clichy 75018 Paris, France.
By entering this contest, participants agree to be available on the specified date and time. Under no circumstances may this prize be rescheduled for a later date. In the event that a winner does not wish to, or is unable to, for any reason whatsoever, claim their prize under the conditions described in these rules, they will forfeit the entire prize and will not be entitled to any compensation in lieu thereof.
All additional details and practical information will be provided to the winners in due course.
The prize may not under any circumstances be exchanged for any other prize.
Furthermore, this prize does not include transportation or accommodation.

ARTICLE 6 - PERSONAL DATA

It is reminded that in order to participate in the Game, the participants agree in advance to convey to the Organizing Company a certain amount of personal data which are registered and saved in a dedicated database, necessary for the participation in the Game, for the random draw as well as for the delivery of the prize to the winner.
This information is intended for the Organizing Company and can be shared with technical service providers.
This information is gathered for the sole purpose of participating in the Game and in the random draw, as well as in the delivery of the prize. This data is retained for a maximum of three (3) years from the date of collection or the last incoming contact.
In accordance with the French data protection legislation of 6 January 1978 ("Informatique et Libertés"n°78-17) as amended by the law of 6 August 2004, participants benefit from a right of access, rectification and deletion, as well as a right to oppose or request the limitation of the processing of data concerning them by addressing the Organizing Company at this address: Bal du Moulin Rouge, Mother’s Day Giveaway 2026, 82 boulevard de Clichy, 75018 Paris, France.
In case the opposition right is used before the end of the Game, the participant waives their participation to the Game.

ARTICLE 7 – MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF THE GAME

The Organizing Company reserves the right to cancel, shorten, extend, suspend, modify or postpone the Game at any time in case of absolute necessity, without liability. Wherever possible, any such modifications or changes will be notified in advance by any appropriate means. If one or more provisions of these regulations are declared void or non-applicable, the other provisions remain in force.

ARTICLE 8 – RULES OF THE GAME

It can also be sent to any participant who asks for it to the Organizing Company, which is willing to reimburse the stamp at the current regular mail rate on specific request at this address:

Any question of application or interpretation of the rules, or any unforeseen question that may arise, shall be decided by the Organizing Company.

ARTICLE 9 – LIABILITY

It is expressively reminded that the Internet is not a safe network. As a consequence, the Organizing Company cannot be held liable for the contamination by a potential virus or the intrusion of a third party into the terminal system of the Game’s participants and declines in advance all responsibility as for the consequences of connecting to the Internet via the Instagram page of the Moulin Rouge.
The Organizing company cannot be held liable for any theft or loss occurring during the delivery of the prize, not even for the shipment of the prize to the wrong address due to a mistake made by the winner while transmitting their postal details or for a mistake attributed to postal services.

ARTICLE 10 – LITIGES

Any dispute related to the Game is to be made by registered letter with an acknowledgement of receipt at the latest 10 days after the end of the Game (as evidenced by the postmark) at this address: Bal du Moulin Rouge, Mother’s Day Giveaway 2026, 82 boulevard de Clichy, 75018 Paris, France.

ARTICLE 11 - JURIDICTION

This Game is subject to French law. Any dispute which is not resolved amicably will be brought before the competent French tribunals.
