Rules of game contest - July 14

ARTICLE 1 - ORGANIZING COMPANY

The company Bal du Moulin Rouge (hereafter referred to as “the Organizing Company”), a public limited company with a capital of 4,515,676 euros, whose head office is located at 82, boulevard de Clichy 75018 Paris, France, registered at the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés (RCS) of Paris under the business identification (SIRET) number 552 046 120, organizes in partnership with the Hilton Paris Opera Hôtel (https://www.hiltonparisoperahotel.com/ and the Grand Salon Paris (https://www.hiltonparisoperahotel.com/le-grand-salon) from Tuesday, July 14th, 2026 to Monday, July 27th 2026 included, a free random draws game contest “Jeu concours 14 juillet” with no purchase necessary (hereinafter referred-to as "the Game") via an Instagram available via the following accounts:
https://www.instagram.com/moulinrougeofficiel/, https://www.instagram.com/hiltonparisopera/ and https://www.instagram.com/legrandsalonparis/, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the present rules, accessible via the following link: https://store.moulinrouge.fr/en/pages/reglement-jeu-concours-14-juillet

This Game is neither sponsored nor managed by Instagram. Any comment, question or complaint in relation with the Game should be addressed to the Organizing Company and not to Instagram. The information communicated by participants is shared with the Organizing company, not with Instagram.

ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The Game is open to any person over 18 years of age, living in the European Union, who has access to the Internet and a valid Instagram account, with the exception of the staff of the Organizing Company and their families, as well as anyone involved in the development of the Game. Any person who does not meet the conditions or refuses to justify that they are fulfilled will be excluded from the Game. Participants are only allowed to enter the competition once.
The Game is subject to the regulation of French law applicable to games and contests.
The mere fact of participating in this Game implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these rules.
Non-compliance of the present rules leads to the automatic cancellation of the participation and of the possible allocation of a prize.

ARTICLE 3 - TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

The Game takes place exclusively on the post available via the official Instagram accounts of Moulin Rouge (@moulinrougeofficiel), the Hilton Paris Opera Hotel (@hiltonparisopera) and the Grand Salon Paris (@legrandsalonparis) during the period indicated in article 1.

Commenting the post of the Game and identifying at least one (1) friend

These conditions are cumulative and must all be met for participation to be valid

ARTICLE 4 – IDENTIFICATION OF THE WINNER

The random draw will be held on Monday, July 27th, 2026, at 12 PM (noon, French time) via the Rafi app. The draw will determine one (1) winner amongst the participants who fulfilled all the terms of participation presented under articles 2 and 3 of these rules.
The winner will be contacted within seven (7) days after the draw via Instagram by the Organizing Company in order to obtain full contact details (surname, name, and email) necessary for the prize delivery. The winner will receive a notification via Instagram Messenger and agrees to it. The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for sending a notification to an address, which is incorrect due to a mistake made by the participant, or for the dysfunction of the message sending system.
The winner wins one prize in the terms defined under article 5 of these rules.
If the winner does not respond within fifteen (15) days after receiving the notification via Instagram messenger, he or she will be deemed to have forfeited the prize and a new random draw will be held.

ARTICLE 5 – PRIZE

The winner will win the two following prizes:
- one (1) invitation for two (2) persons for a “Belle Epoque Evening” (Dinner and Show) at the Moulin Rouge, of a commercial unit value of 598 Euros; this dotation comprises two (2) dinners Belle Epoque at 7PM followed by the show “Féerie” at 9PM at the Moulin Rouge for the date of their choice and according to availabilities (except for December 24th and 31st, 2026 and other special dates). This invitation will be valid for one (1) year from the winner's response to the notification. This prize does not include transportation or accommodation;
- one (1) night for two (2) persons at the Hilton Paris Opéra Hotel, in executive room, breakfast included in dedicated buffet area, of an average commercial unit value of 661 euros including VAT, as well as two cocktails in the Grand Salon to be enjoyed during the stay. This prize is valid until 14 July 2027, subject to the hotel’s availability. Booking is compulsory and must be made in advance of the stay. Travel costs to the hotel, as well as all personal expenses and incidental costs incurred during the stay, are to be born by the winner.

The value indicated for the prizes corresponds to the public price including tax at the date of drafting the rules. It is given as an indication and is subject to variation.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to replace any prize with another prize equivalent in value and characteristics, for any reason whatsoever, without its liability being incurred in this respect.

ARTICLE 6 – PRIZES DELIVERY

The prizes will be sent by email. The Organizing Company cannot be held responsible for sending a notification to an email address which is incorrect due to a mistake made by the winner, or for the dysfunction of the message sending system. Any additional precisions and practical information will be communicated to the winner in due time.
In the event that a winner does not wish to, or is unable, for any reason whatsoever, to benefit from his/her prize under the conditions described in these rules, he/she shall lose the full benefit of said prize and shall not be entitled to claim any compensation whatsoever in return.

ARTICLE 7- PERSONAL DATA

It is reminded that in order to participate in the Game, the participants agree in advance to convey to the Organizing Company a certain amount of personal data which are registered and saved in a dedicated database, necessary for the participation in the Game, for the random draw as well as for the delivery of the prize to the winner.
This information is intended for the Organizing Company and can be shared with technical service providers.
This information is gathered for the sole purpose of participating in the Game and in the random draw, as well as in the delivery of the prize.
In accordance with the French data protection legislation of 6 January 1978 ("Informatique et Libertés" n°78-17) as amended by the law of 6 August 2004, participants benefit from a right of access, rectification and deletion, as well as a right to oppose or request the limitation of the processing of data concerning them by addressing the Organizing Company at this address:

In case the opposition right is used before the end of the Game, the participant waives their participation to the Game.

ARTICLE 8 – MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF THE GAME

The Organizing Company reserves the right to cancel, shorten, extend, suspend, modify or postpone the Game at any time in case of absolute necessity, without liability. Wherever possible, any such modifications or changes will be notified in advance by any appropriate means. If one or more provisions of these regulations are declared void or non-applicable, the other provisions remain in force.

ARTICLE 9 – RULES OF THE GAME

Any question of application or interpretation of the rules, or any unforeseen question that may arise, shall be decided by the Organizing Company.

ARTICLE 10 - LIABILITY

It is expressively reminded that the Internet is not a safe network. As a consequence, the Organizing Company cannot be held liable for the contamination by a potential virus or the intrusion of a third party into the terminal system of the Game’s participants and declines in advance all responsibility as for the consequences of connecting to the Internet via the Instagram page of the Moulin Rouge.

ARTICLE 11 - LITIGATION

Any dispute related to the Game is to be made by registered letter with an acknowledgement of receipt at the latest ten (10) days after the end of the Game at this address:

ARTICLE 12 - JURISDICTION

This Game is subject to French law. Any dispute which is not resolved amicably will be brought before the competent French tribunals.
