1. Introduction
This document presents the multi-year digital accessibility implementation plan of Soc Bal du Moulin Rouge, covering a period of 3 years.
The objective is to ensure the accessibility of digital services for all users, including people with disabilities.

2.5 Training
Initial awareness sessions on digital accessibility are scheduled to begin in 2025.
The aim is to enhance team skills through:
- Awareness of disabilities and digital barriers.
- An introduction to RGAA.
- A presentation of the challenges and legal requirements.
- Targeted practical modules based on roles (editor, developer, etc.).
2.6 Governance
The governance structure of the initiative is currently being defined.
A cross-functional monitoring committee will be established, involving the relevant internal stakeholders (IT, communication, management, legal, etc.).
This committee will oversee the progress of the action plan and ensure the consistency of initiatives.
2.7 Procurement
Incorporating accessibility in digital public procurement is a priority to be addressed in the coming months.
Work is planned with the Procurement Department to:
- Revise RFP templates.
- Introduce clauses aligned with EN 301 549 and RGAA standards.
- Raise awareness among teams about evaluating accessibility compliance in digital services.
2.8 Digital Projects
