Rules of the “International Dance Day Giveaway 2026”

ARTICLE 1 - ORGANIZING COMPANY

The company Bal du Moulin Rouge (hereafter referred to as “the Organizing Company”), a public company with a capital of 4,515,676 Euros, whose head office is located at 82, boulevard de Clichy 75018 Paris, France, registered at the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés of Paris under the business identification (SIRET) number 552 046 120, organizes from Wednesday April 29th 2026 at 10AM (French time) to Thursday May 7th 2026 at 12PM (noon, French time), a free random draw game contest “International Dance Day Giveaway 2026” with no purchase necessary (hereinafter referred to as "the Game") via a dedicated form available on its website at the following link https://store.moulinrouge.fr/en/pages/jeu-concours-journee-internationale-de-la-danse-avec-moulin-rouge%C2%AE, whose rules are accessible at the following link: https://store.moulinrouge.fr/en/pages/reglement-jeu-concours-journee-internationale-danse-2026 Any comment, question or complaint in relation with the Game should be addressed to the Organizing Company.

ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The Game is open - without geographical restriction - to any person over 18 years of age who has access to the Internet and a valid email address, with the exception of the staff of the Organizing Company and their families, as well as anyone involved in the development of the Game. Any person who does not meet the conditions or refuses to justify that they are fulfilled will be excluded from the Game. Only one entry per person is allowed. Under no circumstances may a participant enter more than once, whether using pseudonyms or on behalf of others. The Game is subject to the regulation of French law applicable to games and contests. The mere fact of participating in this Game implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these rules. Non-compliance with these rules leads to the automatic cancellation of the participation and of the possible allocation of a prize.

ARTICLE 3 - TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

The Game takes place exclusively via the Moulin Rouge website by filling out the online form available at the following link https://store.moulinrouge.fr/en/pages/jeu-concours-journee-internationale-de-la-danse-avec-moulin-rouge%C2%AE during the period indicated in Article 1.
For an entry to be valid, the participant must fill in the following required fields: last name, first name, and email address, and check the box indicating acceptance of these rules.
Any entry that is incomplete or received outside the period specified in Article 1 will not be considered.

ARTICLE 4 – IDENTIFICATION OF THE WINNER

The random draw will be held on Thursday May 7th 2026 at 12PM (French time) via the Tirage-au-sort.net website. The draw will randomly select five (5) winners among all the participants who meet all the conditions set out in Articles 2 and 3 of these rules.
The winners will be contacted within two (2) days after the draw. Each winner will be contacted via the email address provided in the entry form to notify them of their prize, which they expressly agree to. The Organizing Company shall not be held liable for the sending of a message to an incorrect email address due to an error on the part of the participant.
The winners will receive one prize under the conditions defined in Article 5 of these rules.
If a winner does not respond within three (3) days of being notified via email, the Organizing Company reserves the right to re-award the prize by conducting a new random drawing.

ARTICLE 5 – PRIZE

The five winners selected at random will each win, for themselves and one (1) guest of their choice, a behind-the-scenes tour of the Moulin Rouge, followed by a master class with our artists, who will share insights into their daily lives and answer participants’ questions, as well as the opportunity to capture the moment by posing for a group photo with our artists.
This event will take place on Wednesday May 27th 2026 at 2 PM (French time, estimated duration: 2 hours) at the Moulin Rouge, located 82 boulevard de Clichy 75018 Paris, France.
By entering this contest, participants agree to be available on the specified date and time. Under no circumstances may this prize be rescheduled for a later date.
In the event that a winner does not wish to, or is unable to, for any reason whatsoever, to claim their prize under the conditions described in these rules, they will forfeit the entire prize and will not be entitled to any compensation in lieu thereof.
All additional details and practical information will be provided to the winners in due course.
The prize may not under any circumstances be exchanged for any other prize.
This prize does not include transportation or accommodation.

ARTICLE 6 – PERSONAL DATA

It is reminded that in order to participate in the Game, participants must provide certain personal data, which are recorded and stored in a database necessary for participation in the Game, the random draw, and the allocation of the prize to the winners. The absence of such information makes participation in the Game and the awarding of the prize impossible. This information is intended for the Organizing Company and may be transmitted to its technical service providers.
This personal data is collected solely for the purpose of participating in the Game and the random draw, as well as awarding the prize. This data is retained for a maximum period of three (3) years from the date of collection or the last incoming contact.
In accordance with French data protection law (“Informatique et Libertés” n°78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended), participants have the right to access, rectify and delete their data, as well as the right to object to or request the limitation of the processing of their data by contacting the Organizing Company at the following address:

If the right to object is exercised before the end of the Game, the participant forfeits their participation.

ARTICLE 7 - MODIFICATION OR CANCELLATION OF THE GAME

The Organizing Company reserves the right to cancel, shorten, extend, suspend, modify or postpone the Game at any time if circumstances require it, without incurring any liability. Wherever possible, such modifications or changes will be communicated in advance by any appropriate means. If one or more provisions of these rules are declared invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

ARTICLE 8 - RULES OF THE GAME

They may also be sent free of charge to any person who requests them from the Organizing Company, which undertakes to reimburse, upon express request, the cost of postage at the standard rate for the request to the following address:

Any question regarding the application or interpretation of the rules, or any unforeseen issue that may arise, will be decided by the Organizing Company.

ARTICLE 9 - LIABILITY

It is expressly reminded that the Internet is not a secure network. The Organizing Company shall not be held liable for contamination by any potential virus or intrusion by a third party into the system of participants’ devices, and declines all responsibility for the consequences of participants connecting to the network via the page.

ARTICLE 10 - LITIGATION

Any dispute relating to the Game must be made by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt within ten (10) days from the end of the Game (as evidenced by the postmark) to the following address:

ARTICLE 11 - JURISDICTION

This Game is governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably shall be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
