Apply a thin layer of Shea Butter Balm to the area you wish to apply make-up to (corners of the eyes, eyelids, hair, beard, cheekbones, décolleté, etc.) using a brush. Then, using the same brush, pick up a few glitter particles and gently apply them to the area where you have applied the balm. And there you have it, you're shining bright!

To remove the glitter, a little warm water and soap will do the trick.
