Rules of the game contest "Bastille Day"
ARTICLE 1 - ORGANIZING COMPANY
The company Bal du Moulin Rouge (hereafter referred to as “the Organizing Company”), a public company with a capital of 4,515,676 Euros, whose head office is located at 82, boulevard de Clichy 75018 Paris, France, registered at the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés (RCS) of Paris under the business identification (SIRET) number 552 046 120, organizes from Wednesday July 9th 2025 included to Tuesday July 15th 2025 at noon (French time), a free random draws game contest “Bastille Day” with no purchase necessary (hereinafter referred-to as "the Game") via a form available on its e-store at the following address: https://store.moulinrouge.fr/en/pages/jeu-concours-bastille-day and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the present rules, accessible via the following link: https://store.moulinrouge.fr/en/pages/reglement-jeu-concours-bastille-day
ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
The Game is open to any person over 18 years of age, with no territorial restrictions, who has access to the Internet and a valid email address, with the exception of the staff of the Organizing Company and their families, as well as, anyone involved in the development of the Game. Any person who does not meet the conditions or refuses to justify that they are fulfilled will be excluded from the Game.
Participants are only allowed to play the Game once.
The Game is subject to the regulation of French law applicable to games and contests.
The mere fact of participating in this Game implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these rules. Non-compliance of the present rules leads to the automatic cancellation of the participation and of the possible allocation of a prize.
ARTICLE 3 - TERMS OF PARTICIPATION
The Game takes place exclusively on the Moulin Rouge e-store by filling the electronic form available at this address https://store.moulinrouge.fr/en/pages/jeu-concours-bastille-day during the period indicated in article 1. For the entry to be valid, the participant must (1) fill the mandatory fields on the form: first name, last name and email address, and (2) check the box indicating acceptance of these rules.
ARTICLE 4 – IDENTIFICATION OF THE WINNER
The random draw will be held on Tuesday July 15th at 5 PM (French time) via the Wask app. The draw will determine one (1) winner amongst the participants who fulfilled all the terms of participation presented under articles 2 and 3 of these rules.
The winner will be contacted within two (2) days after the draw by email by the Organizing Company. The winner will be contacted via the e-mail address provided in his/her entry form in order to notify him/her of his/her win and to organize the awarding of the prize referred to in article 5, which he/she expressly accepts. In this respect, the Organizing Company may not be held responsible for sending the message to an inaccurate e-mail address due to an error on the part of the participant.
In the absence of a response from the winner within three (3) days of notification of his/her win by e-mail, the Organizing Body reserves the right to proceed with a new draw to select a new winner.
ARTICLE 5 – PRIZE
The winner will win the two following prizes:
- One invitation for two (2) persons of a commercial value of 410 Euros TTC, to attend the “Féerie” show at the Moulin Rouge in Paris. This prize comprises two (2) tickets for the “Féerie” show at 9 PM or 11 PM at the Moulin Rouge for the date of their choice and subject to availabilities (except for December 24th and 31st, 2025 and any other special events). This invitation will be valid for one (1) year from the reply of the winner to his or her notification. This prize does not include transportation or accommodation.
- One (1) brooch of their choice from the Moulin Rouge x Céleste Mogador collection, while stocks last (unit value from 90 Euros including tax to 180 Euros including tax, depending on the model).
The endowment will in no case be exchanged for its value in cash or any other prize.
The value indicated for the prizes corresponds to the public price including tax at the date of drafting the rules. It is given as an indication and is subject to variation.
The endowment will in no case be exchanged for its value in cash or any other prize.
The Organizing Company reserves the right to replace any prize with another prize equivalent in value and characteristics, for any reason whatsoever, without its liability being incurred in this respect.
ARTICLE 6 – PRIZES DELIVERY
The prizes will be either sent by post or by email, depending on their nature. Any additional precisions and practical information will be communicated to the winner in due time.
Under no circumstances shall the Organizing Company be held liable for any delay in the delivery of the prizes, which shall be the sole contractual or legal responsibility of the service provider designated for this purpose by the Organizing Company.
In the event that a winner does not wish to, or is unable, for any reason whatsoever, to benefit from his/her prize under the conditions described in these rules, he/she shall lose the full benefit of said prize and shall not be entitled to claim any compensation whatsoever in return.
ARTICLE 7- PERSONAL DATA
It is reminded that in order to participate in the Game, the participants agree in advance to convey to the Organizing Company a certain amount of personal data which are registered and saved in a dedicated database, necessary for the participation in the Game, for the random draw as well as for the delivery of the prize to the winner.
This information is intended for the Organizing Company and can be shared with technical service providers.
This information is gathered for the sole purpose of participating in the Game and in the random draw, as well as in the delivery of the prize.
In accordance with the French data protection legislation of 6 January 1978 ("Informatique et Libertés"n°78-17) as amended by the law of 6 August 2004, participants benefit from a right of access, rectification and deletion, as well as a right to oppose or request the limitation of the processing of data concerning them by addressing the Organizing Company at this address:

In case the opposition right is used before the end of the Game, the participant waives their participation to the Game.
ARTICLE 8 – MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF THE GAME
The Organizing Company reserves the right to cancel, shorten, extend, suspend, modify or postpone the Game at any time in case of absolute necessity, without liability. Wherever possible, any such modifications or changes will be notified in advance by any appropriate means. If one or more provisions of these regulations are declared void or non-applicable, the other provisions remain in force.
ARTICLE 9 – RULES OF THE GAME

The rules can be sent to any party which asks for it to the Organizing Company, which is willing to reimburse the stamp at the current regular mail rate on specific request at this address:

Any question of application or interpretation of the rules, or any unforeseen question that may arise, shall be decided by the Organizing Company.
ARTICLE 10 - LIABILITY
It is expressively reminded that the Internet is not a safe network. As a consequence, the Organizing Company cannot be held liable for the contamination by a potential virus or the intrusion of a third party into the terminal system of the Game’s participants and declines in advance all responsibility as for the consequences of connecting to the Internet via the Instagram page of the Moulin Rouge.
The Organizing company cannot be held liable for any theft or loss occurring during the delivery of the prize, not even for the shipment of the prize to the wrong address due to a mistake made by the winner while transmitting their postal details or for a mistake attributed to postal services.
ARTICLE 11 - LITIGATION
Any dispute related to the Game is to be made by registered letter with an acknowledgement of receipt at the latest ten (10) days after the end of the Game at this address:

ARTICLE 12 - JURISDICTION
This Game is subject to French law. Any dispute which is not resolved amicably will be brought before the competent French tribunals.
