Rules of the game contest "135 years of the Moulin Rouge"

ARTICLE 1 – ORGANIZING COMPANY 

For the 135th anniversary of the Moulin Rouge, the company Bal du Moulin Rouge (hereafter referred to as “the Organizing Company”), a public company with a capital of 4,515,676 Euros, whose head office is located at 82, boulevard de Clichy 75018 Paris, France, registered at the Registre du Commerce et des Sociétés (RCS) of Paris under the business identification (SIRET) number 552 046 120, organizes from Friday September 20th 2024 at 12 PM included to Friday September 27th 2024 at 4PM included (French time), a free random draw game contest “135 years of the Moulin Rouge” with no purchase necessary (hereinafter referred to as "the Game") via a form available on its e-shop at the following link: https://store.moulinrouge.fr/en/pages/jeu-concours-135-ans-du-moulin-rouge and in accordance with the terms and conditions of these rules, which can be accessed at the following link : https://store.moulinrouge.fr/en/pages/reglement-jeu-concours-135-ans-moulin-rouge

Any comment, question or complaint in relation with the Game should be addressed to the Organizing Company.

ARTICLE 2 - CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION

The Game is open to any person over 18 years of age, living in France, who has access to the Internet and a valid email address, with the exception of the staff of the Organizing Company and their families, as well as anyone involved in the development of the Game. Any person who does not meet the conditions or refuses to justify that they are fulfilled will be excluded from the Game.

Participants are allowed to play several times.

The Game is subject to the regulation of French law applicable to games and contests.

The mere fact of participating in this Game implies the full and unreserved acceptance of these rules.

Non-compliance of the present rules leads to the automatic cancellation of the participation and of the possible allocation of a prize.

ARTICLE 3 – TERMS OF PARTICIPATION

The Game takes place during the period indicated in Article 1 and exclusively the e-shop of the Moulin Rouge by filling out the form available at this link:

For the participation to be valid, the participant must fill the following mandatory fields: first name and last name, email address and check the box indicating acceptance of these rules.

Incomplete entries or entries received outside the period specified in Article 1 will not be taken into account.

ARTICLE 4 – IDENTIFICATION OF THE WINNERS

The random draw will be held on Friday September 27th, 2024 at 4PM (French time) via tirageausort.net and will determine 135 winners amongst the participants who fulfilled all the terms of participation presented under Articles 2 and 3 of these rules.

The winners will be contacted on the same day via the email address provided in the entry form in order to notify them and award them their prize, which they expressly accept. In this respect, the Organizing Company may not be held liable for sending a message to an incorrect e-mail address due to an error on the part of the participant.

Due to the organizational constraints of this exceptional event, each winner will have a deadline to respond expiring on Monday, September 30 at 11:59 pm (French time). After this deadline, the Organizing Company reserves the right to re-enter the winner's prize in a new draw.

ARTICLE 5 –PRIZE

Each winner selected at random will receive an exceptional one-and-a-half-hour guided tour of the Moulin Rouge on October 6, 2024, organized during the day by the Moulin Rouge communication department.

Participants are hereby informed that visits will take place between 10:00 am and 4:30 pm, and will be given in French and/or English. Due to organizational constraints, the tour schedule will be imposed by the Organizing Company and cannot be changed.

The visit does not include transport or accommodation, and cannot be exchanged or postponed under any circumstances.

ARTICLE 6 – TERMS OF ALLOCATION

All details and practical information will be given to the winners in due course.

In the event that a winner is unable, for any reason whatsoever, to benefit from his/her prize under the conditions of the present rules, he/she will lose the full benefit of said prize and may not claim any compensation in return.

ARTICLE 7 – PERSONAL DATA

Participants are reminded that in order to take part in the Game, they must provide certain personal information, which is recorded and saved in a computer file as necessary for participation in the Game and the prize draw, as well as for awarding the prize to the winner. Failure to provide this information will render participation in the Game and the award of the prize impossible.

This information is intended for the Organizing Company and may be transmitted to its technical service providers. This personal data is collected for the sole purpose of participation in the Game and the prize draw, as well as for the awarding of the prize. This data is kept for a maximum period of (3) three years from the date of collection or last incoming contact.

In accordance with the provisions of the French Data Protection Act no. 78-17 of January 6, 1978, as amended, participants have the right to access, rectify and delete data concerning them, as well as the right to object to or request the restriction of the processing of such data by sending a request to the Organizing Company by post to the following address: Bal du Moulin Rouge _ Jeu-concours 135 ans _ 82/86 boulevard de Clichy _ 75018 Paris _ France

If the right to object is exercised before the end of the Game, the participant forfeits his/her participation.

ARTICLE 8 - MODIFICATION AND CANCELLATION OF THE GAME

The Organizing Company reserves the right to cancel, shorten, extend, suspend, modify or postpone the Game at any time if circumstances so require, without incurring any liability. Wherever possible, such modifications or changes will be notified in advance by any appropriate means. Should one or more provisions of these rules be declared null and void or inapplicable, the other clauses shall retain their force and scope.

ARTICLE 9 - GAME RULES

The rules may be sent free of charge to any person who submits a written request to the Organizing Company at the following address: Moulin Rouge _ Jeu-concours 135 ans du Moulin Rouge _ 82/86 boulevard de Clichy _ 75018 Paris_France, which undertakes to reimburse, upon express request, the stamp at the current regular mail rate.

Any question of application or interpretation of the rules, or any unforeseen question that may arise, will be decided by the Organizing Company.

ARTICLE 10 - LIABILITY

It is expressly recalled that the Organizing Company may not be held liable for contamination by a virus or for the intrusion of a third party into the system of the terminal of participants in the Game, and declines in advance all responsibility for the consequences of the connection of participants to the network via the page.

ARTICLE 11 - DISPUTES

Any dispute concerning the Game must be made by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt within ten (10) days of the end of this Game (date as postmark) to the following address: Moulin Rouge _ Jeu-concours 135 ans _ 82/86, boulevard de Clichy _ 75018 Paris_France.

ARTICLE 12 - JURISDICTION

This Game is governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be brought before the competent courts of Paris.
